Simmer Pot Kits
How do I use a simmer pot kit?
Pour the contents of the bag into a pot (or crockpot) with about 4 cups of water. Bring it to a simmer, then keep the heat low. Add more water as it evaporates. In a crockpot, set it on low with the lid off or cracked.
How many times can I use one kit?
Each kit can be used for several days in a row. Just keep adding water. Between uses, let it cool, cover it and store it in the fridge.
Can I eat or drink a simmer pot?
No. Simmer pots are for scent only and are not meant for consumption.
Is it safe to leave a simmer pot on?
Never leave a simmer pot unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Which simmer pot scent should I choose?
Holiday Spice smells like Christmas (cinnamon, cranberry, orange, star anise). Spiced Apple Pie is warm and bakery-sweet. Lavender Fields is light and floral. Breathe Easy is fresh eucalyptus and peppermint. Can't decide? Try the Variety Pack.

What's in a Medicine Ball Tea Kit?
Each kit makes one mug and includes a citrus mint tea, a peach tea, a lemon elderberry drink packet, a raw honey spoon, a sun-dried lemon slice and a peppermint packet. Full ingredients are listed on the product page.
How do I make it?
Steep both tea bags in about 12 to 16 ounces of hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in the lemon elderberry packet and the honey, then add the lemon slice. Want to make one from scratch? See our medicine ball tea recipe.
Does it have caffeine?
Yes, a small amount from the green tea in the citrus mint tea. The peach tea is caffeine-free.
What allergens does it contain?
The tea kits contain soy and raw honey (not for children under 1 year old).
