Shipping policy

At Better Living Teas, every order is handcrafted and packed with care from our family studio in Kentucky. 

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or special launches, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
We offer standard U.S. shipping via USPS or UPS. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Priority shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Local Delivery / Pickup:
At this time, we ship nationwide within the United States. Local pickup may be available for select events or promotions—details will be shared on our website and social channels.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up within 10 business days of shipping, please email us at info@betterlivingteas.com. We’ll work quickly to make it right.

International Shipping:
We currently ship within the United States only, but we’re exploring international options soon.

Address Errors:
Please double-check your address before completing your order. We’re unable to replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
